2) Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States. Orders requesting international delivery must receive prior written approval before checkout.

2.2 Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
• Business days exclude weekends and federal holidays.
• High-volume periods, order verification reviews, or unforeseen circumstances may extend processing time.

2.3 Shipping Methods & Transit Time

Transit times vary depending on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout. Once fulfilled, tracking information will be provided when available.

2.4 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or returned shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

2.5 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

• If tracking shows delay, please allow reasonable additional carrier time.
• If marked delivered but not received, check with neighbors and the carrier.
• If confirmed lost in transit, contact us to discuss next steps.

2.6 Damaged Packages

Claims for damaged shipments must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Clear photographs of the packaging, label, and product are required for review.

3) Refunds & Cancellations

3.1 All Sales Final

Due to the nature of research products and quality-control standards, all sales are final once shipped.

3.2 Refund Eligibility

• Wrong item shipped due to company error
• Confirmed shipping damage
• Order canceled prior to fulfillment

3.3 Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing or fulfillment. Once tracking is issued, cancellation is no longer possible.

3.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may require 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your financial institution.

3.5 Non-Refundable Items

Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for refund under any circumstances.
