These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Alpha Peptides affiliate program (“Program”). By applying for, being accepted into, or continuing to participate in the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Eligibility & Enrollment

  • You must submit an application via our website and provide accurate, complete information. We may approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.

2. Relationship of the Parties

You are an independent contractor. Nothing herein creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship. You are solely responsible for your taxes, filings, and compliance obligations.

3. Program Assets, Links & Codes

  • Upon acceptance, you will receive unique affiliate links and/or discount codes generated by SliceWP. You must use these unaltered to ensure proper tracking.
  • Tracking is based on last-click attribution with a cookie window of 30 days. We are not responsible for untracked referrals due to ad blockers, cookie deletion, privacy settings, or improper link use.

4. Commissions & Payments

  • Commission Rate: 15% of the net order amount (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, chargebacks, and fees).
  • Pending Period: Commissions become eligible after the refund/chargeback window of 30 days has passed.
  • Payout Schedule: End of each month, once you reach the minimum threshold of $25.
  • Payment Method: PayPal (you are responsible for any transfer fees or currency conversion costs).
  • No commission is earned on your own purchases, canceled orders, refunds, test orders, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

5. Marketing Rules (Compliance Is Mandatory)

  • Truthful promotion only. No misleading, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims.
  • FTC disclosures. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship in accordance with FTC Endorsement Guidelines and any applicable laws.
  • Prohibited bidding. No paid search bidding on our trademarks, brand/domain (including variations or misspellings), or “brand + coupon” terms. No direct-linking ads to our site using affiliate links.
  • Brand integrity. Do not imitate our website, impersonate our team, or suggest you are endorsed by or representing Alpha Peptides.
  • Email & messaging. No unsolicited commercial emails (spam). Comply with CAN-SPAM and similar laws.
  • Coupons. Only advertise coupons or codes we have publicly issued to you. “Invented” or expired coupons are prohibited.
  • Domains & social. No domain names or social handles that include our trademarks or confusingly similar alternatives.

6. Health / Lab Supply Compliance (Critical)

  • No medical claims. Do not state or imply diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any disease. Do not provide medical advice.
  • Intended use. Our products are offered for laboratory/research use only unless expressly stated otherwise on our site. You must reflect this clearly in your content.
  • Regulatory compliance. You must follow all applicable laws and platform policies (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube) when promoting our products.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

  • We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use our name, logo, and approved creatives solely for Program participation and in accordance with our brand guidelines.
  • Do not alter our trademarks or combine them with your marks without written consent. Upon termination, you must promptly cease all use.

8. Term, Suspension & Termination

  • This Agreement begins upon our acceptance of your application and continues until terminated.
  • We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, in our sole discretion (including for suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or reputational risk).
  • You may terminate at any time by written notice to peptidesalpha@gmail.com.
  • Upon termination, only approved, eligible commissions earned prior to the termination date will be payable. All licenses immediately end.

9. Confidentiality & Data

Information we designate as confidential (including non-public performance data or customer information) must be kept confidential and used only for Program participation, subject to applicable privacy laws.

10. Representations; Disclaimers

We make no warranties regarding the Program, our site, tracking, or uninterrupted availability. The Program and site are provided “as is.”

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on alpha-peptides.com. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued participation after changes signifies acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue and jurisdiction shall lie exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

By applying to or participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
